RETTER EVENTS

All that is right

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory taxes.
  • All programs calculated on the basis of the number of participants. This will be accepted as the guarantee and invoiced number and invoiced.
  • Each additional participant will be invoiced separately after the event.
  • Each additional hour of bus service will be invoiced separately after the event.
  • We keep your event in option until 14 days after the date of dispatch. Pre-booking expires automatically after these 14 days!
  • It is expressly stated that Retter GmbH assumes no liability for participating persons. Participation in all programs offered is at your own risk. The organizer will therefore indemnify and hold Retter GmbH harmless for any damages and claims asserted by third parties arising from this title.
  • In case of bad weather, which does not allow the smooth execution of an offered outdoor program, an alternative indoor program will be carried out. Any extra room costs incurred will be invoiced to the client.
  • Drinks will be invoiced according to actual consumption after the event.
  • Place of jurisdiction is A - 8225 Pöllau.
  • Accommodation costs of RETTER EVENTS employees or artists will be charged to the client.


Travel conditions will valid by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Consumer Policy Advisory Board in latest version.

Our cancellation conditions:

From the date of booking 25% of the total amount
Up to 20 days before the event 50% of the total amount
Up to 14 days before the event 80% of the total amount
Up to 10 days before the event 100% of the total amount


Our payment conditions:

Your are requestet to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount when signing the contract. The final payment should be payed three weeks before the event takes place. Every additional participanct or consumptions during the event will be invoiced separately after the event. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are to be made immediately upon reiceipt of invoice without deductions.


External services:

The agency shall be entitled to provide services by subcontracting work tho third parties (subcontractors).

Customer Payment Coverage:

Our insurance conforms to the standards for insurance contracts of §3, 3Z1 of the Package Tour Act -PRV (EU-2015/2302) that make up the contents of the contract. Our raffle conditions

These general terms and conditions for raffles which are conducted via RETTER EVENTS or in conjunction with a cooperation partner of RETTER EVENTS are valid. By participating in a RETTER EVENTS raffle or a cooperative raffle, the participant acknowledges these general terms and conditions as well as the conditions and deadlines specifically stated for individual raffles. Legal recourse is excluded. The RETTER EVENTS lotteries are exclusively a raffle of the specified prizes. The profit cannot be redeemed in cash or is not transferable.

All persons have to be 18 by the time the raffle is published. Employees of RETTER EVENTS, affiliated companies and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation via the involvement of third parties, e. g. lottery agencies, is also excluded. No correspondence can be entered into about the competition.

Facebook is not available as a contact for Facebook raffles.

By registering, the participant declares that he has read and accepted the conditions of participation without any restrictions. The winners of the raffle will be notified immediately after the end of the competition and must respond within one week. The winners will be determined by chance. Exceptions will be communicated in the competition posting (for example: the picture with the most Likes wins, selection of the winner by a jury, etc. ). Each participant can only get one prize. RETTER EVENTS reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with these regulations from the competition. Furthermore, a competition can be cancelled at any time and without giving reasons if it is sabotaged by external influences (e. g. hacker attacks).

The participant of a RETTER EVENTS raffle agrees that his/her name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will be stored and processed for the purpose of transmitting information, advertising and marketing material about products and services of RETTER EVENTS, and will also be made available to third parties for such purposes - even beyond the duration of the competition. In addition, the user agrees that personal data will be stored by RETTER EVENTS or by a third party or partner commissioned by RETTER EVENTS. The participant also agrees that data may be transmitted to the respective cooperation partner of the raffle for the purpose of processing the prize and may also be used for advertising purposes. The participant is free at any time to withdraw the consent given to RETTER EVENTS by written revocation. The revocation must be sent to events@retter. at. Legal recourse is excluded. This competition has no connection with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but RETTER EVENTS.
