Our company

RETTER EVENTS was founded in 1996 and is part of the styrian company group Retter. To this company group belong the hotel Retter, which was founded in 1964, the bus company and travel agency Retter Reisen, which was founded in 1989, the transport company, which was founded in 1994, as well as the the company Retter Linien, which was founded in 2006.

RETTER EVENTS is a full-service event agency with his headquarter in Fürstenfeld, Styria. Since 1996 we ar your professional partner for teambuilding events and fringe events, company and christmas parties, staff outings, incentives and seminars in Austria an all over the world. Due to our motivated team ond our own event equipement we are well prepared for your event.

Our history

We are ahead of time...

2021

Self-sufficient and adventurous: corporate and private customers can now experience nature-based adventure vacations with our converted Camping Land Rovers.

2020

Hybrid events and innovative corporate events have been the key factor in our success, and not just since Corona.

2018

Creativity needs space! We moved to a larger office in Fürstenfeld. Additionally we got a new warehouse for our event equipment. To gain more exciting event ideas and to provide unique experiences, we have expanded our project team.

2016

Get to know us! We entered the network CONVENTIN BUREAU BURGENLAND to expand our experience.

2014

Always new – always different! We started into a digital future and made a cooperation agreement with a software development company in Hamburg. The digital geocaching game was born and got the licence for Austria

2012

Mobile & Flexible! We expanded our vehicle fleet and got new cars for our outdoor events. From this time on we were able to be everywhere in Austria.

2011

Experience you can trust! We became a member of the network CONVENTION BUREAU LOWER AUSTRIA and got the possibility to use more contacts and get cooperations within Lower Austria.

2010

Far away & very close! We extended our offers for incentive trips. In cooperation with Retter Reisen we have all concessions for unique journeys.

2009

Always safe! With segways and e-scooters we offered even more adventure experiences and followed the trend of sustainability

2008

Adventure & Action! In cooperation with JEEP Austria we developed our driving events and gained more driving experience. Related to our own event location “Kunstfabrik” in Vienna, we are specialised in company parties.

2007

Fast forward! With additional offices in Vienna, Velden and Altaussee we started a new chapter and joined furthermore the tourist network CARINTHIAN CONVENTION.

2006

Innovation & Tradition! We bought dragon boats and started to get mobile for events within Austria

2004

Well-known in Austria! Our cooperation with NISSAN Austria caused a lot of attention and we were known for successful B2B and B2C offroad events. As well as vehicles presentations were organized.

2003

Further & Further! We became a founding member of the network CONVENTION STYRIA. Moreover we rented a large warehouse for our own event equipment in Fürstenfeld.

2002

We entered a cooperation with LAND ROVER Austria and started with our first offroad events.

2001

Changes are needed! It was time to rename our agency into RETTER EVENTS and to move our headoffice to Loipersdorf.

2000

We bought our first canoes and further equipment to be able to expand our programmes. From that time on we already had offered a wide range of teambuilding programmes.

1999

Teambuilding & More! We got some creative people in our team and started to develop new fringe events.

1998

Let´s go! We started our first incentive trip through Austria and were planning to extend these events a lot.

1997

Planning & Implementation! We opened our first office in Bad Blumau and began to revise our offers.

06. Juni 1996

We dared it! Foundation of our event agency “Schlösserstraßen Touren” with specialisation on culture and culinary events.
