Data retention concerning the webshop
The following data will be stored by us for processing the contract: Salutation, first and last name, address, e-mail address and optionally registered data of the user (company name, address details, telephone number). Related to the completion of possible event contracts, those data are necessary. No data will be transferred to third parties, except for payments by credit card. Data will be only passed to the processing bank institution/payment service provider. Data will be deleted after the purchasing process. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual cooperation will be stored until the end of tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored beyond that up to the expiration of the product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
Registration & user account
Users of our webshop can optionally create a user account. During the registration process, we inform users of the required information (mandatory fields and optional information). Users may be informed by e-mail about information relevant to the offer or registration, such as changes in the scope of the offer or technical updates. In case of deletion of all data through the user, every data of the user account will be deleted immediately except data whose necessary for tax reasons pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 lit. C DSGVO. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all data during the term of the contract. On basis of our legitimate interests, we save IP addresses during registration and login function in connection with his user account. The IP addresses will be anonymized or deleted after 7 days latest.
