The soap box derby unites a classical teambuilding with numerous very special aspects resulting in everything but not a “usual” program.
The teams need to demonstrate creativitiy, the ability to plan ahead in detail as well as to delegate single steps of the project. “Learning by doing” is the motto.
First of all the team mounts the soap box and then the ideas of the creative minds are required. The rolling masterpiece will be decorated and presented subsequently. Already here it is possible to snatch some of the covetted points.
The upcoming highlight of the day is the big race. The Soap Box dream team will be investigated: Who has the potential to be the winner and will be awarded with the medal?
